Guest guest
Gigi I agree with Deborah. Please don't do another liver flush this soon. Your liver needs time to heal. Besides, it takes the stones at least 2 weeks to move forward in your liver. I've had pains in the left side of my abdomen, fatigue, eye stain, and gas that started a couple of days following the liver flush. And it's been due to some of the stones staying in my colon. If you do a series of water enemas, it's very likey that you'll see stones in the toilet. If you don't have an enema bag, you can take more epsom salts, or try a salt water flush. To do one, mix 1 tablespoon of unrefined sea salt into 1 quart of warm water. Drink it all down, and make sure that you're near a toilet. Were you able to have a colonic done after the liver flush? Guest guest
Deb, I am going to call and find out how much they are. I will get one soon. I did read that it takes a couple weeks for the larger stones to move forward. I think i will wait a month especially since I got all pee sized or slightly smaller stones. Did anyone else have that experience. Only tiny ones the first time. Looked like I had eaten a can of the baby peas. I do feel better today. But I hadnt thought of the achiness being that. I was paranoid it was a big one getting stuck. Thanks for the info. Just finished the book last night. gigidmichaud1225 <debsreiki@...> wrote: Gigi you wrote:"Tonight I have an achiness between and just below my shoulder blades. Some are pea-green and some tan. That's all fine with me because I've gotten probably three hundred or more total so I know some good is being done. Guest guest
Gigi, Same here small ones only this time. I am more sensitive though, may be the next one the bigger ones will come out. Next week (3 weeks apart). I had only done a colon cleanse before that. I am still passing stones sometimes. Strange though. That is good news. I just know I have a big gallstone so was hoping to get big ones. Guess I have stone envy now. Geez .. I am with you . I am excited I must now be a little healthier. Thanks again for the feedback. Hi Gigi, Yes, in " The Amazing Liver Cleanse, " s Moritz describes the stones as being green, tan or black. I'm with you. Would like to get some big 'uns too! I also have stone envy! ) But, as long as I'm gettin 'em I know it's doing some good. Sherry (from Oregon)
