I love salt so i enjoy my salad with just olive oil and salt I had tried

lime but decided the olive oil alone added enough flavor for me

Just thought I'd report on my progress:

Have jumped the salad hurdle and am currently eating a big delicious

bowl-ful containing rocket, iceberg lettuce, shredded turkey, cucumber,

LSA, pepitas, and my latest concoction: a dressing made from olive oil,

lemon juice, salt and my own homemade mayonnaise. Yes! It can be done!

Ps. Now if anyone tells me any of those things is a carb or not allowed

for some other reason I WILL cry. Just warning you :P

Hey, you're doing well ! Though I don't know what LSA is,

everything else is AOK.

Next time you buy groceries, you might want to rachet up the lettuce a notch

and go for romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. A good rule of thumb with

veggies is, the greener it is, probably the better it is.

Keep up the good work. - p
