Guest guest Posted May 31, 2005 Report Share Posted May 31, 2005 Anyone have the skinny on the sweetener xylitol? Some say that yeast think it's sugar, eat it, then die. Others say that it's almost as bad as eating sugar, and in fact feeds the yeast. I was curious if anyone had information? Also wondering about sorbitol and maltitol. Thanks!
