Guest guest
Sorry to hear you're feeling badly. There are others here that can probably give better advice about what to eat while you're sick. I would bet that brown rice cakes, bananas, and the like would be very high on candida's preferred food list. Is there any way you can replace these with higher protein/fat foods? Hope you feel better soon.
Guest guest
Anyone who's used this knows that at the first sign of the flu or colds, to guzzle coloidal silver. You can make it for pennies and it's effective every time. If you already have the flu well underway and start taking it, it reduces your symptoms by at least 2/3 but sometimes also kills it outright, over night to two days. Really, reducing a 100-day flu to less than 3 days makes a believer out of anybody. I've saved lives with it more than once, after the doctors gave up on drug-resistant bacterial infections. Guest guest
this may be a little late, but when i'm sick I make a pot of homemade soup: lots of garlic, ginger, lemon and onion. My breakfast would start this way and then as the day(s) progressed I would alternate them with different vegetables. This works for me. I was sick the whole Christmas holidays and this is what I ate. I also put in lentils and beans every once in awhile. hope this helps, marni Ellen wrote: > How do you all deal with being sick (like the stomach flu) and having > candida?
