>I keep hearing about these colonics and colemas, but what are they?

I am hoping that they are just a pill or juice drink because they

thought of a tube being put up my butt is very unappealing. Anybody

have any ideas and comments on wheither it is worth the effort? And

if I do this, what will I expect and how often do I do this? Help.

helps in a way that pills can't. it was a tremendous benefit for me,

so much so that I bought a home system to save money from

www.amenhealth.com. it took me awhile to get up the nerve to go for

my first, but i didn't regret it from one instant. it was wonderfully

beneficial. I don't have any candida issues, and colonics (as a

follow up to liver flushing) played an important role.

I've never done a colema before since I don't have the

equipment to do it... but I have done a few enemas

when I had been so plugged up and couldn't go for

days. Just recently I have started to get professional

colonics done. I had my third session yesterday and I

haven't seen much improvement yet. I did get a sore

throat (common die-off symptom due to stiring up the

muck) and lost a few pounds. I have done a lot of

things to try and improve my health within the last

year and I honestly think some of them have been in

vain due to my plugged up colon. If you have LGS and

food sensitivities and recurring yeast infections,

chronic fatigue, etc. Is it any wonder with 20 some

years of rotting food caked into your colon? They also

help you get rid of parasites or atleast get them

under control. I haven't tried this yet, but many

people here have done the s Moritz liver cleanse

and swear by it. Now that I am having the weekly

colonics, I think I will probably try it out.

The lady I am seeing does it for $55 Canadian a

session. A session lasts about 40min-1hour.
