I couldn't agree with you more.

I've suffered from Multiple Chemical Sensitivities for a long time.

Dyes, perfumes, outgassing from carpeting, and new furniture.

The cleaner your enviroment, the less toxins for your body to deal

with.

Dear Guys!

Most of us suffer for years. Our clothes, cars, carpets, pets, lovers

etc are carrying our spores.

I think we should not only get rid of the fungs from our bodies but also

significantly

lower the level of the spores in out environment (houses, cars) to make

sure we are not in a vicious circle of

constant re-infection.

What do U think about that?

I've read somewhere that clothings, carpets and furniture may be

decontaminated with

3% formaldehyde (HCHO) and it takes up to 48 hours in a plastic bag to

kill the yeast.

I hope you are not going to put your lovers into a plastic bags with

formaldehyde for 48 hours :)

I've spread formaldehyde in my car and hope it will be usable again

within a week.

You're right about that Boris!

And mould is something that people with Candida should especially look out

for. I've been very sick a number of times and couldn't figure out why.

I'd start behaving myself food-wise and still I felt just terrible.

And finally, finally, I would figure it out.

Once it was a mouldy carpet in our cottage bedroom (I was inhaling the fumes

all night); once it was the mould beneath the wallpaper in our bedroom which

I was taking my time removing (ditto with the inhaling. and who knew it was

there? it wasn't damp to the touch) (I had it stripped and painted pronto);

Another time I was growing things in a homemade " greenhouse " and, of course,

was sticking my nose under the plastic at least once a day to see how my

seedlings were doing.

Glad you mentioned that because it's something else some of the newcomers

not be aware of. When you're eating right but still exhausted, check your

environment.
