Guest guest
Thx for sharing. I'm going to try no red meat and no meat at all for dinner onward for my first flush. > Re: Eating right -- liver cleanse > > DJ- > > the Moritz cleanse protocal is a little different that the > protocal which it sounds like you may be following. Guest guest
Hi Rick, It is because of you and that I did my first liver flush. I came to this website looking for information on it. I knew that doctors were not going to make me well, nor was an anti-candida diet. I went down to 95 lbs during my anti-candida diet. I have actually gained weight doing the flushes. I have a long way to go, but it took me 30 plus years to get to the place i was at prior to flushing. It feels so good when you realize that you have the power to heal if you want to and put the time into it that is required to do so. I have not picked up any Ayurvedic books yet, but will look into the one you suggest. Thanking for sticking around. I'm sure that others will gain from your knowledge as well. The reason that I stick around is to try to give back what was given to me. And I know that feels the same way. As far as eating goes, have you picked up any ayurvedic cook books? I have Ayurvedic Healing Cuisine. It's funny, I was so into meat and potatoes for the longest time. The rarer the meat the better. I even ate raw meat....just loved it. Now with using all the different spices, I could care less about meat, and rarely eat it at all. I'm glad to hear that you're doing so well. Rick > DJ, > > When I don't eat meat prior to a liver flush, I get really goods results. My last liver flush I did not get any stones and I think that it is because my diet was terrible, eating lots of protein and fat. I have done 7 flushes. The first few produced thousands of stones and all kinds of lovely gunk in the subsequent enemas. I am now trying to incorporate a vata diet into mine and am slowly making the transition. > > Before doing the liver flushes, supplements and diet helped but I could never deviate any from the diet and I was taking alot of supplements. Now I have cut out the anti-fungals and about 5 other supplements, including digestive enzymes. I feel wonderful after a productive liver flush; so peaceful and content. Everything else was just a fix, without ever producing long-lasting results. I used to have gas so bad that I had to isolate almost completely because it was so embarassing and that was after eating anything except protein and veggies. > > Good luck to you.
