Guest guest
Fascinating! Thanks for the info. BTW, I also heard that L-ornithine helps with the die-off symptoms by helping metabolize acetaldehyde -- I think Hulda claims this. However, I've not seen it mentioned anywhere else. According to her, it's also supposed to help you sleep (see the liver cleanse page on curezone). When my brain-fog symptoms are especially bad, I do use l-ornithine, and I think it helps clear my head. My kinesiologist also muscle tested me and said that I needed 2 capsules x 500mg per day (on bad days). It also helps me go to sleep and stay asleep when I do the liver cleanse ( 4 x 500 mg with the oil/grapefruit drink).. otherwise I spend the whole night half-awake, even though I normally sleep like a log. Any comments, anyone? Asli --- bill asenjo <basenjo@...> wrote: > http://www.candidapage.com/aldehyde.shtml >

Have you heard of Durk and Sandy's Party Pill that was first introduced in 1981? It is designed to neutralise acetaldehyde that is produced when one drinks alcohol. Look it up, perhaps on www.lef.org - it might be exactly what you want. Duncan
Guest guest
Good idea, Duncan. There's another product on the market called " Chaser " designed to bind and chelate the byproducts of alcohol as opposed to metabolizing them. It uses vegetable carbon as it's active ingredient. Perhaps this would help also. Guest guest
L-ornithine works alright but it's expensive. I use l-lysine instead. --nh http://www.cafepress.com/iloveben http://www.cafepress.com/ilovechocolate http://www.cafepress.com/karmahearts From: Asli Kumcu <magnecho@...> Subject: Re: getting rid of candida's waste products BTW, I also heard that L-ornithine helps with the die-off symptoms by helping metabolize acetaldehyde -- I think Hulda claims this.
