antibiotics

Merry Christmas everyone.

Okay - I have a question on antibiotics.

I have Candida due, I'm sure, to years and years of taking antibiotics (mostly

for bronchitis).

Anyway, there are occasions when I still get prescribed antibiotics and for a

few years now, I have noticed that if I take the antibiotics for more than say,

a week, I start to get very, very, weak and fatigued, get frightened and stop

taking them. Fortunately, nothing adverse has ever happened to me in spite of

the large warning on the label to take the whole prescription.

Well, here I am again - I went to the dentist yesterday and I have a cyst

pressing against a tooth which may or may not be inflamed, yada, yada. He wrote

out a scrip. I mumbled something about not taking antibiotics well. He asked

me if I was " allergic " to antibiotics and I really didn't know how to answer

that.

So can anyone tell me just what is happening with antibiotics and candida

" sufferers " ?
