Guest guest
I had a lot of gas and spaciness with the inulin. Electrodermal testing showed It made my candida worse and allowed bad bacteria to grow. IT showed I could tolerate it if took Flora Balance and lactoferrin at the same time. Both are effective against candida and some bad bacteria. What can I eat with Probotics???? Hi i have been on threelac a couple of weeks. And have had lots of gas and some conspiration. And recently added Inulin, and it gave even more gas. But i think it´s a die of symtom? I Have read that there are many natural bacteria-killers. Can I eat coconut oil, flax seed, aloe vera juice, noni juice, psyllum, olive oil, garlic & onions. I have read that many of those is anti- bacterial. But if they are antibacterial, does that mean that it kills all bacteria? I dont want to eat anything that kills the bacteria in threelac... /

Guest guest
I have inulin with FOS. Took it today for the first time, and within an hour felt sleepy and experienced some stomach discomfort. Is this normal? I ordered mine from Vitaglo. If you bought it anywhere else but from me that's about what it is, so it will contribute somewhat to gas and candida. The trick is to go ahead and eat some natural bacteria killers, which will kill some of the good AND bad, but feed only the good ones; eventually balance will be restored. If you're worried about it, skip the antibacterials and balance will still be restored eventually if you're only feeding the good bacteria. I have no problen with sending inulin to Sweden; it costs about the same from Canada as quick shipments do to the USA. Duncan Crow
