Thanks for all the help. , I would not use ginger, unless you use it as a chaser for the grapefruit solution. You can do that. Other wise I would be Leary of adding more for your body to work through, when it will be working hard enough. The nausea is not that bad.....believe me I have a really weak stomach. Heck, I threw up during one flush and still passed 400+ stones. Some people battle the nausea by not laying down after drinking the solution. I lay down for about 30 minutes then sit up and spend the rest of the night in a slightly elevated state. (better to watch TV)! Good luck! Guest guest
Thanks everyone for the great info on the malic acid and salt water colon cleanse. You have given me the courage to forge ahead. Is anyone going to be around on Monday Night? I am still a little leery.(To do the liver cleanse?) Also is there a way to use ginger for the nausea during the cleanse? Thanks for all the help. Guest guest
Dear Jan and Hanida, The cleanse is much more than amazing (I totally agree with you Jan: just do it, no fear)...I had my first last weekend....I got more or less 100 stones! Without having the preparation ...the week before I just avoided animal protein foods and tried to do my best to be relaxed...three stones out of 100 were as big as a thumb! I just could not believe my eyes...many thanks for all the encouragement! Simona Re: apple juice/liver flush- I was so scared to try it too. Everyone on this board assured me it didn't hurt AND IT DOESN'T. I am so glad to have the first one under my belt so I'm not afraid anymore. Will do another next weekend. I know it all sounds so strange. The malic acid is to soften the stones (I didn't use malic acid, I used choline and chanca piedra for 2 weeks prior), the epsom salt is to clean you out before the flush which is caused by the lemon or grapefruit and the olive oil, and after to keep stones and toxins moving. It is really simple, but the the best thing you can possibly do for yourself. I had a colonic on Monday after the flush on Saturday night.....last night, after putting air in the tires due to total lack of use, I rode my bike around the neighborhood! 52 year old me who had no energy to even put dishes in the dishwasher 4 months ago! I have been working on getting better since I was diagnosed with Hemochromatosis (iron overload genetic disorder) July of last year, so many things are involved in my improvement. I firmly believe glutathione is critical, killing the candiasis is critical, but you have got to uncongest your liver and gallbladder and colon. These critical organs cannot do what they need to do if they are full of stones and toxins and dried debris. But after the flush and colonic just last weekend I have made a major leap in feeling better! You are on the right track. Like the Nike commercial says, JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!! Might not hurt to pray your way through it if you are so inclined. Jan > Hi everyone; > I have a question. I am getting ready to do the liver flush (my first) on monday night as that is my " off time " . I have been trying to do the 32 oz a day apple juice but have been getting really depressed! I think it is way too much fruit and sugar. Has anyone else used the malic acid and is it hard to find in a regular health food store? Also I am scared about the liver flush as my body is way sensitive but I am so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. My liver already has felt bloated for months and maybe years. It feels tender around it. Also I feel that I have gall stones in my gall bladder as I have felt sharp pains there at times and when I have had a lot of olive oil. Is this going to be scary? I am desperate to feel better and want to do what it takes but I am scared I will go into a gallbladder attack. I know that the malic acid is suppose to soften the stones, wherever they are, and that there is malic acid in the apple juice. But has anyone that was in bad shape done the liver flush and really felt okay during it and after it? Also I am planning on using salt water enemas before and after because I have had not so good reactions to colonics. I think the PH is off on regular tap water colonics that the professionals use, because there is no salt in the water and it just throws things off? Any experience? Thanks for all the shares on the liver flushes.

I currently feel quite toxic probably because some of very small got trapped in the gut...tomorrow I'll have my second colonic....I'll look forward to it!
