A Sufferer Of Chronic Urticaria.

Need some suggestion's : been tested by a allergic disease ctr.

Having many food allergies, due too being mold & yeast

intolorant.Nine kind's :consisting of

Curvularia,Fusarium,Aureobasidium,Mucor,Rhizopus,Phoma,Epicoccum,Geotr

ichum, & Candida Albicans.Also allergic to Ivory Soap,Dial Product's

& Suave Product's...My Chronic Urticaria is severely painful , look's

& feel's like a badd sunburn w/ puss lesion's , open sore's like

poison ivy.I have many of the symptoms that are related too Chronic

Candida Complex.I've been doing my own research for about 3mon's. but

no real luck or real solution's.Didn't understand no sugar & no high-

carb's.Very frustrated ,never ever been on a diet in my life.I'm 37

yrs. old & never been over 160 lbs. I'm holding at aprox. 130 lbs.I

have purchased " The Silent Epidemic " & " The Candida Control

Cookbook " by Gail Burton. But still struggling w/the idea of a

diet.Mostly my craveing's ,I've been a coffee drinker since I was 15

yrs. old.I feel very tried, and very frustrated too stay focused on

daily activite's .Could someone ,point me in somemore direction's

that would help me too resolve my issues's .!? Not getting in support

from my wife or girl's, or even extended family & friend's...just

having trouble with dealing with this hand of card's ...Thank's too

anyone that might respond too my plea...reeltrman.
