Aluminum only prevents sweating, it does nothing towards preventing odor

Stop using aluminum-based deodorants or I see Alzheimers/dementia in your

future as well as a toxic body because of its inability to sweat!!! Did you

know that sweating is the only way for your body to rid itself of some

toxins including some heavy metals and pesticides? Perhaps you could try

some sauna treatments to aid your body in eliminating its toxic overload.

Sweating has nothing to do with the odor, it's the bacteria consuming the

oils expelled in your sweat. Daily zapping will help keep the bacteria

numbers in check and should lessen the " stank-factor " to a liveable level.

Good luck :-)

Anyone know of a natural deodorant that WORKS? I'm having some problems in

this

area and have reverted back to a product with aluminum to keep from stinking

Thanks!

Hi ,

I've been quite pleased with Queen Helene Aloe deodorant.. also comes

in the Tea Tree, Vitamin E, and Mint Julep varieties. Sometimes I feel

like i smell like an onion or vinegar, and the Aloe one seems to work

for me.

You can get it at most health food stores probably. See this link:

As Ken indicates, it's the bacteria that cause the smell. I forgot to

mention a good way to get rid of the smell during the day - just swab

your underarms with alcohol when you notice the smell - that will also

help kill the bacteria. I just hope no ones writes back saying that

using rubbing alcohol is un-natural!

My absolute favorite natural deodorant is " Naturally Fresh Deodorant

Crystal " . It comes in a spray mist (which I love), roll-on, crystal

stick, etc. I bought my first bottle years ago at GNC and it is the

only deodorant that has EVER kept me from smelling. It actually kills

the bacteria that causes bad odor and gives 24 hour protection with a

single usage. The only ingredients in it are: purified water and

natural mineral salts.

GNC charges quite a bit for a bottle, so I order directly from the

manufacturer. I can get a case of 12 bottles of spray mist for $33.00

(that INCLUDES shipping). I then divide the case (and the cost) with

one of my friends. One 4 oz. bottle of spray mist lasts me a long

time (4-6 months). For my husband, who likes to spray and spray his

underarms to make sure they're all covered, and can use up a spray

bottle in about a month and a half, I dilute his in half with

filtered water. I've never told him I dilute it, and he's none the

wiser since he still doesn't stink! THIS STUFF IS GREAT!!!! If

you're interested, you can order it from the following link:

http://www.tccd.com/deodorant.html

Go to the bottom of the page and click on ORDER to see the prices.

Hope this helps,

Thanks for the deodorizing advice, everyone. I'm wondering about the zapping.

I

bought a zapper, but haven't used it because I'm a bit freaked out by it and I'm

scared

of doing it wrong. Any tips?

Also, how bad is Acutane? Anyone know? I have a feeling that it muxt be quite

toxic, but my dermatologist recommended it for my persistant (if relatively

minor)

acne. I thought I'd try kombucha tea first, as I've heard wonder stories about

it, but

am considering the Acutane, because I'm tired of having constant break-outs!

I hate to be the guy that you are talking about, Asli, and I especially

hate to be a ny Raincloud, but rubbing alcohol is THE solvent that Dr.

Hulda claims is one of two necessary culprits in the cause of cancer.

Yes the big " C. " The other main culprit being fasciolopsis buskii, the

intestinal fluke. According to her, you MUST have BOTH to become

malignant!!

Here's some more bad news... rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) has

many different names and is placed in many different products we use every

day!! Things like Hostess snacks, hairsprays, and yes, even QUEEN HELENE

DEODORANT!!

It is called " propylene glycol " in the list of ingredients but no doubt is

actually isopropyl alcohol! Check it for yourself. Check everything you

use for it as it's everywhere!!

For anyone with candidiasis, you are doing your body (especially your

liver) no favors by ingesting a carcinogenic solvent that will have to be

both metabolized and excreted. This is no easy task, especially for someone

with a systemic illness such as candidiasis as your body is already greatly

hindered and is already far from being healthy. Candidiasis is a nasty,

downward spiral that ruins lives and eventually ends them when the body can

no longer fight back.

I can dwell on this further if anyone would like.

  • 3 years later...

I can't help you at all

other than google for recipes and see if there are any patents online

that may show you a percentage...

One thing I wanted to mention about alcohol...

After having MRSA Staph 5 times in 1.5 years I will only use deodoraNTS

with alcohol. So go for it! lol

[my doctor said no shaving - like right! I am NOT going to go around being

the hairy beast woman...] so I prefer the alcohol to keep it dryer and

not allow the MRSA to breed quite so freely.

In case you didn't know, only about 10% of the population never has MRSA on

their bodies.

Bst of luck
