I haven't had cheese in over a decade. Now I can eat it again. :) The

crackers were pretty good too.

That's great, Rick!! You're an inspiration to the rest of us.

Rick that is so great! You've been through hell, you deserve to be the

liver cleansing poster child. Wondering if at any point you would have

considered yourself to have chronic fatigue syndrome? Just wondering how

many people with this would benefit.

Hi Kari,

I'm not Rick but, at one point in my frustrating search for what was

wrong with me, figured I must have chronic fatigue syndrome. The docs

couldn't find what was wrong with me. They finally decided I must be

depressed. Well, ye-ah! Duh. I felt like saying to them, " Of COURSE I'm

depressed! I went from an active gal with no weight problem to an exhausted

one who started piling on the pounds. And it happened practically

overnight. And all of you docs tell me the tests say there's nothing wrong.

It's my body and I'm telling you there IS something PHYSICALLY wrong -- not

just in my head! "

Dear Sherry,

The majority of us, I think, experienced the same. I have always been told

form conventional doctors this: " we all have candida in our bodies " ...I have

heard it from at least 10 of the most celebrated gastroenterologists in

Milan...can you believe it?

I'm so glad you got benefits form your liver flushes...I'm going to get

ready for my first one next Friday....

All the best always

Thanks Kari.

When I first started getting real sick with this whole thing, I was

sleeping close to 20 hours a day, and not all at the same time. So

yes, I was chronically fatigued.

I do belong to a chronic fatigue group that I haven't visited in a

long time. :) Letting them know is a great idea!!!

Thanks

Rick

Hi Simona,

Thank you. And best of luck on your first liver flush -- may it start

you back on the road to health!

The same thing happened to me Sherry.

I bet if I went back to them now, and told them what I know now, they

would deny it. Even though I'm living proof!

Hi Rick,

I have this ongoing fantasy of marching back into the doctor's office a

new and healthy woman and telling them I've been doing liver flushes and all

the other " alternative " medicine, that worked when their so-called latest

medicine didn't. LOL Wouldn't their eyes bug at all the " voodoo " I

subjected myself to! I don't have any delusions, though, that it'll make a

spit's worth of difference -- they have blinders on and know only surgery

and drugs. *sigh*

Sherry, you and I seem so similar! I went to the Dr with the chronic

fatigue, insomnia and weight gain. She prescribed an anti-depressant! When

I told her the Diflucan she had given me previously had just made things

worse, she told me (with a shrug) " I hear yogurt helps. "

Yeah, , if a patient doesn't respond to the standard allopathic

treatments, then many doctors lose interest -- probably, IMO, because they

haven't a clue how to proceed beyond that. This is not a slam to all

allopathic doctors -- there are some -- and I believe more all the time --

who are coming around to natural methods when they see they work. That's

the main reason I would love to walk into the doctor's office a healed

person and tell all of them there how I did it -- because hopefully a germ

of reason may start and some future patient may benefit.

The other reason is that I want to throw my new-found health in their

faces!! YEAH!! IN YOUR FACE, JACK!! LOL
