Guest guest
I'm glad that you had great results. I'm happy for you!! You'll find that the more you do, the better you feel. Don't forget to have a colonic, or use another method to clean the remaining stones from your colon in a couple of days. Your gallbladder is adjacent to your liver. I'd ask about the lower back pain in " Ask s " on curezone.com. I had some minor discomfort in my lower back the first few days of my last kidney cleanse. once again. GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
I appreciate that Rick. I am trying to go by the book and have my first colonic appt Monday night at 6:30. These are things I never wanted to do, as I'm sure the rest of you weren't dreaming of this either, but it's wonderful that we can take actions ourselves that help so much thanks to the internet and everyone being willing to share info and support. > > I did my first liver cleanse last night. Lemon juice is mixed with olive oil all the time for liver flushes. I can't imagine what went wrong... Duncan Crow
Guest guest
The instructions I had said if you sub lemon for grapefruit, take the lemon seperate from the olive oil because it will get so slimey you can't swallow it. Don't ask me, I was just following instructions I printed out. > > I did my first liver cleanse last night. Don't ask me, I was just following instructions I printed out. Hi, I'm following s Moritz's liver flush instructions and he has you mix the olive oil and grapefruit juice. Since I've never liked grapefruit, I use the alternate method he says works just as well -- substituting half orange juice and half lemon juice -- and he says you mix it with the olive oil, just like you do with the grapefruit juice. Certainly works for me! Sherry (from Oregon)
