F.A.O moderator- bulk messages

hi :-)

when i posted to this site yesterday i also recieved two bulk messages

to my mail account- as follows:

postmaster@... Delivery failure

postmaster@ megalan.bg Mail mari@... Does Not exists

is there anything i can do about this? i've tried marking them as spam

but i don't think it'll work as the ladot.com one seems familiar, i

think it's happened before.
