Guest guest
Hi Kari, Here's the page from curezone. http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/default.asp Yes, the discussion about what the stones are has happened on this and liver flush forums on cure zone. The stones and other strange things that come out during a flush are definitely not a combination of the oil and the salts. I've learned through reading Dr. Hulda 's book and various messages & articles that some of the stones are shown in a lab to be bacteria surrounded by cholesterol. Other stuff is yeast. Some stuff can be dead parasites. The most important fact is that people get significant health improvement as they continue to get this sludge out. Most are also improving their diet and doing other healthful habits like getting fresh air and sun, exercise and refreshing sleep along with ongoing flushes. Good luck with your flush. Sandy > I am doing my 3rd flush, and I was telling my neighbor who is a pharmacist about it. Explaining how I know it sounds crazy (have to say that to people outside of this group because it does sound crazy!) but people are getting these funky green/stone like things out by drinking the epsom salt and oil. She is very open here and wasn't at all being mean, but she said that her first instinct would be the things coming out were some sort of concoction from taking the salt and oil. Now don't get me wrong, I really believe in this stuff, but has anyone ever debated or examined that angle? Also if anyone has handy the link to the curezone section showing pictures of these and a general discription can you please let me know? > >
Guest guest
Thanks , this is great and I see a bunch of discussion types. My flush went well today-I think. On my third one I still am not getting out volumes like many express, (maybe only 50-70 total), but this time I got a few out that were like the size of a marble. So that is was exciting. I think I heard that it is normal as you progress to start getting larger ones out? But the volume is really low. Then again on a scale of 1-10, I'd put myself at about a 3-4 with issues (10 being the worst). I was just wondering at what point will you know that you have got most/all of the stuff out and it would be the right time to only do maintenance flushes? Or after getting some of these big ones out, maybe they were clogging things up? The second flush was similar in that the volume was less than the first however the size was more substantial. I'm planning on doing a 4th in a few weeks so guess I'll find out. Thanks! Guest guest
Hello all, Im about to do my first flush, Ive had a colonic 2 weeks ago and lost weight after that, weight which I have been trying to lose for a long time with no results, I think i was storing a lot of toxins and so water retention. Will a liver flush help me rid more weight? This is an issue for me because I have never been over weight or at least found it so hard to lose weight since Ive had candiasis. has anyone else experienced this? Guest guest
Hi Kari I hope you don't mind me contacting you,but I want to do a liver flush and of course I'm anxious. I just want to know if you did much preparation before-hand like the colon cleanse or the parasite cleanse. Guest guest
yes. In my case I was about 210 when I started my health program two years ago. I now am about 160, my weight when I started college. The liver flushes were an important part of this, as the liver is freed up to do its many jobs, affecting metabolism and digestion of foods. but I also adopted a diet avoiding processed foods for the most part, and ayuverdic eating principles outlined in " key to health and rejuvenation " by andreas moritz. A few tips from that book that relate to digestion and weight lose: 1) don't drink any liquids 1/2 before, during or 2.5 hours after eating, this allows for complete digestion, eliminating weight gane. 2). sip boiled/ionized water throught the day, this detoxifies the body and helps you lose weight. Finally, one other thing, don't fear food or fear that it will make you fat, this impairs digestion and can lead to weight gain. even if you eat something 'bad', just enjoy it and be happy, things will work out. good luck, g > Hello all, > Im about to do my first flush, Ive had a colonic 2 weeks ago and lost weight > after that, weight which I have been trying to lose for a long time with no > results, I think i was storing a lot of toxins and so water retention. > Will a liver flush help me rid more weight?
