Guest guest
Mo, I would not be suprised if that were the case, given how much Diet Soda I've been drinking in the past. Today I have had none yet, and have been drinking water. How much is the " right " amount of water? Guest guest
You can drink as much water as you want. I drink anything from 3 - 5 litres of water a day (depending on what my body wants). The more I drink, the better I feel. You should be having 8 large glasses of water a day minimum. " I was just thinking about this yesterday! I noticed that I have been drinking about a gallon of water a day (about 3 3/4 liters). I am worried that it might be too much work for the kidneys, but it seems like I am thirsty most of the time. If I am not thirsty, it is time to mix my l-glutamine, or some other supplement, to a glass of water. Has anyone else noticed a lot of thirst? Thanks, Olif
Guest guest
I'm almost always thirsty, as is my husband. Keen Re: afterthought " You can drink as much water as you want. Guest guest
I'm ALWAYS thirsty. I think it's because some medication I'm on gives me dry mouth and makes me sweat more. (Lovely, I know...) Plus, I have Irritable Bowel syndrome and need to make sure everything flushes through. Lol.
