its so difficult to follow a candida diet!!! i've been suffering on and

off for about 3 years now and normally once i get past the first day or

two i dont want sweet food anymore but this time i'm really struggling.

for the past couple of months now i've desperately trying to limit

sugar in my diet but i get such strong cravings and feel really sick

and irritated until i eat. Has anyone got any tips on getting past this?

Thanks

It's been ten years for me, so I've found a few things... such as

xytlitol in place of sugar to satisfy my sweet tooth, which is pretty

big... also rotating different things and eating 90% organic good

anti-Candida diet stuff and 10% everything else in moderation at

different times. This way I don't miss out on anything, and don't

feel deprived.

Also, try to find healthful substitutes for foods you loved in the

past but no longer do well on. Another big help is to take the

correct enzymes for the foods you are eating so that you absorb them

and don't get so many unnecessary cravings.

Hope that helps!
