thanks paola - I've ordered some xylitol so will see how he copes with it as well as how I manage to cook with it!!

dear friends, sorry for my english.I want to remember you that xilitol ( with some y in the word...I dont remember where:))) is OK to use,and have a very good taste. The only negative is the taste but you can cook some cake in this way....we make also ice cream (home made) with xylitol.....It appears also to have some good property.paola in Italyps also my son react VERY bad to sugar, sice we eliminated it from his diet
