My illness gave me a chance to rediscover myself, take back my life.. find the things that are important to me, including good food. just don't fall into the trap of thinking this is a lifelong curse, that you are doomed to suffer. its not true. you can have it turned around well in less than half a year, if you open your mind to the possibility. I wasnt sure if I should do the download version or buy the paperback. His other 2 books look quite cool as well. Amazing cleanse is fine as a download. the others might be better as books, especially " key to health " as it just has so much good info and is more " book-like " .
