SUBJECT: Vaginal Yeast Infestions-Diagnosis

I had what I thought was a yeast infection, got an Rx for Monistat, and it

just got worse. Went to my gynocologist and he told me it was a bacterial

infection and that the Monistat would not help at all with this condition.

He treated my with antibiotics, which I was not happy about: If anyone can

e-mail me directly about the following I would be most thankful:

A) How can I get a definitive diagnosis (besides just looking at mt

symptoms) next time so I don't have to waste time and money on treatments

that won't work

B) How can I treat naturally both Vaginal yeast infections and Bacterial

infections?

Thanks for your help,

Heidi

One method is to use high dose (billions of organisms) multistrain

probiotic capsules put high in the vagina at night to repopulate the

area with good bacteria that should help to get rid of the bad

bacteria and/or yeast.

2 caps a night until the problem clears is the protocol.

Also avoid using soap or shower gels etc in the area which wash off

the natural skin oils and leave it open to infection.

Wear cotton underwear with no pantyhose.

Some people like to use kefir or yoghurt in the vagina. Can be

inserted on a tampon dipped in the kefir. Use unbleached natural

cotton tampons if you use them.
