Does the apple cider vinegar in the enema give you any discomfort or cramping?

Also, how much do you use?

Apple cider vinegar on the other hand drives the candida from my body

by using it in enemas. If you try the apple cider vinegar, use a good

one like Braggs.

more about candida it says to avoid vinegar (as a food). Any ideas on

the conflicting viewpoints?

My main symptom with " nono " foods is vaginal pain or

itching. Vinegar almost ALWAYS does that to me (white

or red wine)... any time I ate balsamic vingrette

dressing or anything else with vinegar, the itch would

come!

I can't stand balsamic either & it's still all the rage here.

Bloody chefs wouldn't use a lemon to save their lives LOL

P.S. Anyone want to start a Candida diet restaurant with me here in Toronto?

LOL

You are actually VERY lucky to be in Toronto. Here in

Ottawa, I only have about 5 restaurants to choose

from... you have MANY more :) Just go to any

vegetarian or vegetarian friendly restaurant. The good

ones here are the buffet style: the green door and the

table, spiritual indian: govinda, perfection

satisfaction promise, and the garden of light. All of

these restaurants are very careful about NOT using

sensitive foods. There is also 1 really great shawarma

restaurant here called Really Lebanese... I can eat

almost anything there and they even use organic

chicken. Now I know for a fact that there are even raw

vegan restaurants in Toronto (I read an article about

it) Take a look in the yellow pages. I also just

looked up " vegetarian toronto " in google and found an

AWSOME article about the top 20 in toronto:

http://www.nowtoronto.com/issues/2003-10-02/goods_foodstory.php

So you are very lucky.. I wish I had that many to

choose from ;)

Hi ,

I didn't realize there was another Canadian in here LOL

Well I will disagree with you.

To me a true vegetarian rest. is just that, food that is prepared & cooked

vegetarian style.

I don't consider Indian, Ethiopian or Chinese food vegetarian at all just b/c

they have meatless dishes. That's like saying just b/c a steakhouse serves

salad that they are vegetarian. Vegetarian has it's own special way of cooking

& tasting & not a lot of people can cook great Veg. food.

I also can't stand the ones that use wheat gluten meatless products which is

obviously not good for us. I see they didn't mention the Organic Buddha that I

haven't tried yet, but I heard their food is not worth the $14-16/meal.

I know of only 4-5 true vegetarian rests. in Toronto. There is one fast food

one that is run by Orientals (not listed) & the food was terrible so much so I

never finished one dish. There is also on the URL that serves like 2-4 items.

Great food, but they aren't open past a certain hour (4 pm) & there is no

selection & you can't sit down. They aren't full service IMO.

Thanks for the URL. I found 2-3 more I didn't know about, so IMO, there are

about 6-7 now. I didn't realize that was a lot LOL, but I guess if you don't

have any, that's a ton.

Considering Toronto boosts over 7,000 different rests., 7 is not a lot IMO.

Where is the Lebanese place you mentioned? I'll have to check that out. How's

their tubule (sp?)

Thanks & TTYL : )

Yup! I am Canadian too. I agree about the " because

they have a meatless dish, doesn't make the

vegetarian " because I do feel that way about some

places. However, the " buffet " style restaurants like

the table and the green door seem pretty close to me

and their food is awsome. I also don't agree much with

tofu type things as I don't view those as real foods.

My favorite of all of them is the table on Wellington

street. All the food is organic and they have

oxygenated water. I haven't had anything there I

didn't like. I also notice this restaurant is also

very careful to serve non-allegenic type foods. Rarely

use wheat, hardly any eggs, no dairy... it doesn't

matter what kind of rotation elimination diet I am on,

I can eat there... Mmm it is great! Here is a link for

Really Lebanese: http://www.orleansonline.ca/Really/

Home of the garlic king... most lebanese retaurants

put eggs in the garlic sauce, not this guy ;)

Hi Rick

How much ACV do you use in your enemas.
