Guest guest
Dear Candace, If you do not have a chance to visit an ayurvedic practitioner for an objective and independent type finding, it is best to ask one of your family members for an objective opinion on how your skin is - obviously it is hard to be objective if it is your body. Nevertheless, one question does not totally falsify the survey results, if you answer the other questions honestly, especially those about behaviour and appearance, you will come to a right conclusion - and if not, you will notice it as soon as you start an ayurvedic diet for your type ) Patrik > I know some of you follow the Ayurvedic way of eating/living and I have a > question. Guest guest
Candace- You add up all your traits for each catagory. if one dominates, that's your type. you can still have traits from the other catagories. And sometimes you can be a split type vata/pitta or pitta/vatta. Finally, if you are really sick now, your type may be skewed and will shift as you recover. g > I know some of you follow the Ayurvedic way of eating/living and I have a > question. Guest guest
Dear Candace, Like one should always bear in mind: Listen to your heart - so stay on atkins. Just one little suggestions: You should get the best items from the ayurvedic diet, like ghee, the numerous, great spices (like asafoetida), some of the great herbal teas (chai's) and other items that fit into your diet. Guest guest
Hi Candace I'd stop eating the bacon. You can use unsalted butter, and use unrefined sea salt for taste. The local grocery stores where I live carry organic produce, it's sometimes cheaper than the chemical veggies. Falun Gong is free. Here's a site to check into it. http://www.falundafa.org/eng/local.htm Rick > It is definitely odd, don't you think. If I read the " eat right for your > blood-type, " I'm suppose to be vegetarian.
