Great Analogy!! (to JCGRE's post about human body vs a jar) This makes sense to

me. We who deal with this condition are simply out of balance just like forest

can be out of balance when something is taken away. I am on my path to recovery

where now I look at sweet things and don't even want to eat them. My new treat

is starbucks tazo iced tea...without the sweetner.... They make it with water,

black tea, and lemon and ice it down. I add some Stevia to sweeten a touch.

Great alternative to all those blended milk drinks.

I had a blended Chai tea Latte (with milk) and I know milk can bother me......

welll this was really the test. I had bowel problems for 3 days afterwards.

Stomach cramps for 2 nights!!!! During that time I still had to complete a

lifeguard recertification! I did pass!! But, what an experience! Back to

chai tea plain with soy milk if I really want it..

How are others doing out there? Is milk a common allergy for you guys?? Does

anyone find soy cheese a problem???? And why does soy milk, soy protein powder

and dried soy beans (unsalted) go well with me but NOT tofu???? i don't get

it??!!!
