Guest guest Posted April 21, 2006 Report Share Posted April 21, 2006 Hi everyone my name is Emi and just signed the other day. I didn't know i had oral candidiasis (trush) since june las year. I remember i went to my pcp with too many symptoms and i showed him what i had inside my cheeks(is like small cream dots). one of the worst symptoms y complaint is muscle twitches and joint pain, he send me to different specialist; neurology,infectious desease,rheumatology and i had a lot of blood test done,and complete spinal and brain mri, emg,... since i worked in a clinical lab and after searching for any explanation i had a culture done and it came out pos for Candida Albicans i went to the doctor and he prescribed me mycelex for two weeks, i finished yesterday but i think that i have to go back because is not completely clear. I don't know if it was because of the mycelex or the product i had started to use (capricin,goldeanseal,pau' de arco) because i noticed that my muscle twitches got much better after been in two weeks on this products.
