Guest guest
Tammy I had this happen to me one time. Not sure what was causing it but everything I ate I had a rash all over my body (head to toe) with horrible itching. It went on for 2 weeks and I refused to go to the doctor. Seems when I have gone they mess me up worse. I only ate the very minimum that I could and drank a lot of water. Fasted as much as I could since I am hypoglycemic. Finally went away. Betty Can't stop itching Hello Everyone, I can't stop itching. I'm pretty sure it's NOT die off. I just got back on my diet today after a week. (My Dad died) and I fell off the wagon. It seems almost everything I try to eat makes me itch. I tried unsweetened soymilk today. ITCH< ITCH< ITCH??? Any ideas. Thanks, Tammy
Guest guest
Betty, I wonder if stress plays a role in the itching?? Today, I've been fine. Yesterday, I was a bit over stressed?? Tammy M.
Guest guest
Thanks for the suggestion. But, it makes me very anixous and I already suffer from anixety attacks. Guess, I'm just a walking mess. : ) Tammy M.
Guest guest
Tammy, as a chronic sufferer of candida for years now, I've learned that soy products are a no-no. Cut out the soy milk. The anxiety attacks are a symptom of candida. I get them, too, along with crankiness when my candida flairs and when I'm bad on my diet. Juice a minimum of three times/day with raw veggies. Cut out all white carbs, etc., etc., etc. Basically, eat what God intended us to eat. > Thanks for the suggestion. But, it makes me very anixous and I already suffer > from anixety attacks. Guest guest
Hi Tammy, I for one do much better since including soy into my diet, I digest it much easier then meat protein and I love the taste of Tempeh, a fermented soy product. I don't use a lot of soy milk but I do use it for protein shakes, or soy creamer for my coffee. I use to follow the ER4YT blood type diet, and I'm a A blood type that maybe why I do will with Soy, not all people do. I don't follow the diet because I feel there's a lot of hole in his theories. I also use digestive enzymes and once I found a brand that worked great! I have improved alot with my bloating and symptoms. Also other supplements have really helped. But with the itching you need to start with a strict intestinal cleanse. use a good yeast killer ( Yeast Avenger ) then a good pre and probiotic. I use some oxygen therapies, and the weight is finally coming off with a good eating program I use the Natural Hormonal Enhancement, By Rob Faigin. I workout every other day very hard. The reason is biological value -while a good whey isolate rates up to 159 on the biological value chart (eggs are 100), soy protein isolate is about 80, that's right - half as good, about par with fish. Beef is even lower. The point is that you may do even better on whey isolate than soy. In addition, there are plentiful animal-based essential amino acids in whey that are low or missing in soy. Guest guest
I take Allegra D twice a day and then Zyertc at night when it is really bad. It REALLY helps me a lot. If I miss a night I can tell it the next day. > Thanks for the suggestion. But, it makes me very anixous and I already suffer > from anixety attacks. Guess, I'm just a walking mess. : ) > Tammy M.
