tea tree toothpaste

I've been using this toothpaste now I guess for a month and a half or

so (have gone through one tube). Mostly, I bought it because I

decided to stop putting fluoride in my body. I decided on this one

because it doesn't have fluoride and I figured the tea tree oil in it

wouldn't hurt. Well, I am so glad I picked out this toothpaste. I

have been amazed at the results. Before, I was having trouble w/

severely receeding gums, and my gums would sometimes bleed when I

brushed them, and always looked red and irritated. So, after being

on this toothpaste for a month and a half, most of my gums have come

back, they actually look pink and healthy, and they don't bleed at

all, no matter how hard I brush! I really am quite thrilled with the

results. My teeth also look and feel cleaner, and are less

sensitive, so I don't think there's been any ill effect at all from

giving up the fluoride.

I am convinced the whole gums receding and being irritated thing was

really just an infection. I don't know if it was fungal or not (tea

tree oil kills bacteria, too), but whatever it was, this toothpaste

got rid of it.
