12th liver flush

Did number 12 last night, stones already this morning at 6:30. It

has been a good flush, I don't feel tired or sick at all, and plan to

go to an all day seminar. It really does get easier. So far about 5

marble sized stones, and a good number of smaller stones. I am

expecting more however.

Great work !! It seems it does get easier!

I also flushed last night (my #5) I prepared this time with more

colon cleansing and Gold Coin Grass for about 6 weeks before hand so

I wasn't expecting many stones, but I'll be darned, hundreds of

em...many (at least a fourth) quite large (up to marble sized) lots

of lovely green chaff (stone gravel from GCG?) the water is a lovely

clear green - not murky this time! I too am expecting lots more

stones today and also feel very well - slept well through the night,

energetic, physically and emotionally - my best flush yet.

Deborah-

its now 5:00. Still getting a good number of stones, and don't feel

bad at all. This is certainly my best flush yet. I did 3 weeks of

chanca peidra extract to prepare, and went stictly vegetarian this

past week. It seems to have paid off, I don't feel ill at all, and

slept fine too.

And following up on something that was discussed in the past, this

was the first flush that I followed s Moritz's instructions to

the letter, that is, the first time I ate no meat in the week before

the flush. Probably by no coincidence, it was by far the easiest

flush on me. no sickness, no hangover. went to an all day legal

seminar, no problem staying awake or paying attention. For myself, I

can say for certain, no more meat during the one week prep phase from

here on.
