Guest guest
For the last 6 years I've been having a really tough time with sinus congestion headaches. I have been unable to find the source but after loads of tests and medications I just ended up TRYING to manage it with saline nasal washes and from some reason certain types of mint gum offer some relief along with a some prescription astlein and nasacort here and there. Now I am 19 weeks pregnant and have had a terrible time with discharge. I THINK now it may be yeast related. The doctors keep saying that discharge is normal with pregnancy but without any medical training all I can say is that what I have is NOT normal. They treated me for bacterial vaginits twice and three times for yeast infections (twice with creams and last week with diflucan) which I later found out was not safe for use during pregnancy. I've also has an ear infection recently as well as dizziness and trouble sleeping. During some of the treatments the symptoms got better only to return with a vengeance in a couple weeks. The problem is not just that there is a discharge but that there is a very strong odor with it. That is not something that should be thought of as normal. What I noticed last night was a marked increase in my sinus headache, fatigue, irritability and DISCHARGE. So that lead me to some looking and to suspect that my diet is aggravating a yeast problem. Do you have any thoughts on this? I came across this web site the other day as well. I try not to put a whole lot into info from sites that are just selling products but I thought it may be worth looking into. http://www.candidayeastinfection.com/what_is_this.html ThreeLac Candida Defense Ingredients: Spore Forming Lactic Acid Bacteria (Lactobacillus Sporogenes), Lemon Juice Powder, Refined Yeast Powder, Castor Oil, Spore Forming Bacteria (Bacillus Subtilis), Lactic Acid Bacteria (Streptococcus Faecalis).
