Hello,

I am new to the group and have read most everything in the files. I have read

a lot about raw eggs and how you are not suppose to eat the white part raw. I

read that your body cannot break down the biotin. Is there something you take

to counter act this ? I just wanted to clear that up before I started making

the egg drink.

Thanks for your help,

Demi

Hi bee,

Whenever I eat raw eggs (either in my mayo, or in the raw egg drink) I

notice I get EXTREMELY bloated, and it does not go away for a couple of

days. I only use 1 egg when I make the drink or the mayo so I don't

think it is because I am having too many.

Any reasons for this?

Sacha

Hello Sacha,

May I ask how far along are you in Bee's program?

It may not be the eggs. Can you tell me what ingredients you are using

in the egg drink and how much of each please?

Home made mayo? What are the ingredients in the mayo you are using?

Please tell me the recipe for this also.

Thank you.
