Guest guest
Hi Bee. Thanks for your words of encouragement. I have just been reading your post on dietry fibre. Do you therefore feel that Psyllium has no role to play in the removal of debris from the colon walls (apparantly where candida lives) or to help remove the die-off from candida? I notice an increase in my bloating when I take Psyllium - which reading that article is not a good thing. Any advice is much appreciated - as always. Thanks Bee Love
Guest guest
For what it's worth I can't take Psyllium either. The fiber I get comes, almost entirely, from steamed vegetables. ~Robin
