Sharon, , or anyone,

Have you ever tried to use an inversion table? I have been on one, but

didn't know if it was worth the investment. At work, I tend to hover

over my chair by holding on to the arms with my arm straight and

letting my pelvis just hang. This feels soooo nice, but it makes it

really hard to type. ;0)

Any other tips for tight hip and buttock muscles? My leave time feels

heavily dependent on how well I can work through this particular

symptom. Waking up and not being able to walk is really frustrating

and I will try just about anything to help these muscles stay calm.

The last two days have been really hard, but I need not be a bummer.

Thanks your your suggestions!

BTW, sorry I missed last night. I was on the phone with Dell for about

90 minutes trying to make my wireless router work. It's still not

working. Today, I am calling customer care.
