Hi not to worry we are fine, it hit center Ca--about 2 hours north of

LA and 3 hours south of me. I know I just heard 2 people were killed

from a falling building. thanks for thinking of us!!! still busy with

the getting ready---ha!!!

Oh asked about chocolate cravings ---that is due mainly I read

somewhere to lack of Mangneisum or maganisum (can't spell it now)

which is common in hypo's. Just read that not too long ago. Must run--

-

and PS the girl with water retention---check out salt imbalances and

potassium--that is usually the problem--you are not getting it into

your cells so your body is holding onto the water---try adding a

banana and salt into your diet and see if that works---happy holidays-

-so busy---tina

PSS---the girl with iron problem (Dee)--- add iron though food this

way you won't over due it---try raisins, V8, veggies, add OJ---kelp

is great if you can take it (iodine though) do you know if you are

Hashi's yet??? we need to know this!!! (auto-immune ususally can't

take iodine)---must know more details into what kind of thyroid you

have before we really can give you correct advice----tina (this is

why we are hitting and missing with you------
