Erek, you are welcome for the reassurance my friend. When I had a

telephone hot line for candida sufferers to call many couldn't afford

the things their naturopath or the holistic doctor recommended. I

found the cheapest ways to do the same for these people so they could

get well, i.e. regular foods (some should be avoided, like iceberg

lettuce), raw garlic as an antifungal, and cabbage rejuvelac as a

probiotic. But do get good coconut oil and cod liver oil for winter

or fish oil for the summer.
