Guest guest
I was just looking at some reviews for the 'Low Carb Cooking With Stevia' book by Kirkland and thought I would share it with you just in case it would be of help in developing your Outragiously Hot and Spicy Buffalo Wing Sauce. ;o) ****The Sweet and Spicy Texas Rub goes in all the grill meats, and the traditional barbecue sauce makes killer barbecue wings, I would put these in competition with any sugar loaded barbecue wings.**** You might have a look-see and see what they have for recipe ideas. :-) Happy cooking! Debbie oooh sarah, you're speaking my language, i love hot spicy foods too! i'm currently researching hot sauces. i know, its a bummer that almost all hot sauces on the market have vinegar in them why not try boiling some fresh or dried hot chiles, (seeds & stems removed) until they're tender. put them in the blender with some sea salt & fresh lemon juice. there would be the basic flavor profile of a hot sauce, then add your melted butter & more garlic maybe, taste and adjust seasonings. you could add some onion with the boiling chiles. let us know what you come up with! enjoy ~ suz Here in my house, we like things HOT. We've got dried jabenero pepper in our cupboard that we've been known to use in place of black pepper. We're going to be planning some buffalo wings in the turkey fryer this weekend, and I'm looking for a wing sauce that I can use. My absolute favorites come from a place called Buffal Wild Wings. Their spicey garlic sauce is one of my favorites. ==>Sounds fabulous ! 's Redhot is great too, and there's a recipe for turning it into buffalo wing sauce (by basically adding a prescribed amount to some butter and garlic.) Thing is, all these sauces have vinegar in them. The sauce recipe in the files isn't quite what I'm looking for. Anybody have any ideas?
