Guest guest
It can be quite hard to get through this, Abib. I can completely relate to how it makes you feel - I too keep getting rashes, mostly on my face, and although it does help to know that they are healing responses, it is still difficult to deal with how they make you feel. I've had a difficult couple of weeks where I've felt very frustrated. This past weekend, I felt extremely stressed and everything I've been dealing with over the past few months (not just the anti-candida regime) all started to get a bit too much. This is very unlike me as I am usually very positive - but we're all human and entitled to feel down sometimes when we have good reason to. It helps that I have support from a good group of understanding friends, and a loving partner. I hope you have lots of people you can rely on too to help you through this. I really need a break, so I'm going away this weekend. The weather wont be very warm - here in the UK it's currently very very cold! But the time away, and the sea air, I hope will give me the refreshment I feel I need at the moment. Best wishes, Mike > > Yes Bee, i'm still doing this program although some > time i felt give up & very sad why its happen to me. > But i'm sure if i can get rid of this ill, i'l be able > to continue my life well & reach my future.
