Guest guest
This is one of many reasons that at home, I prefer enemas to colema boards and other devices. For a real 'colonic' I suggest going to a colon therapist. There are safe, gentle ways to take 'high' and good cleansing enemas at home without spillage, etc. Email me privately if you wish, I do understand the embarrassment issue. Subject: Embarrassing Question Ok I am going to dare to ask this embarrassing question here, because God only knows where else I could ask it. I have told you that I am 100 pounds overweight. And that I bought a good quality one piece colema board for colonics. Ok here goes. I used the board when I got it, and had this problem. i did use extra support under it for my weight, I did slant it towards the toilet at a slight angle like the directions say. I followed all the directions but, how can I say this nicely, when I would release the water to eliminate, it would go UP over the splash guard!!!!! You can imagine the terrible mess......on second thought don't imagine it. Anyway my question is what can I do to prevent this?? I haven't used it since. I guess I am thinking I may have to lose weight so my bottom is not so....uhhhhh....padded and high-up? Darn it, i want to cleanse now. Also the tube kept coming out when I would eliminate, and it is supposed to stay in. Any hints on this embarrassing problem would be appreciated. Thanks. ===== " Be Safe, Be Relaxed, Be Good to Yourself. " __________________________________________________
