Thanks for writing! I'm not afraid of the needle at all! Or the pain.

I had a ct myelogram a few months ago. I was more concerned about the

actual steroid med and the nice drugs they were threatening to put in

an IV to relax me! Also they would have injected a small amount of

dye when they used the fluroscope. I " may " have had a small reaction

to dye during the myelogram. And we were scheduled to go to a small

rural town today a four hour drive away. Wasn't sure I wanted to go

that far from civilization so soon after a procedure.

As it is now the " trip " in on hold until the morning. Lots of rain

moving through. So may have cancelled for nothing. I have more

cramping than shooting pain. Also numbness down one leg. Eager to

hear if it helps you. But we get a new insurance company with the

start of the new year and of course a new deductible!
