Guest guest
Thanks Faye. I am fortunate that if anything is wrong with my eyes my mom has a great dr in Beverly that actually works in Boston as well. Today it is much better. The puffy under the eyes is definitely allergy related. Who knew you could have spring allergies with snow. LOL You are doing so good Faye dealing with eating and school. Keep up the great work. How much snow did you get. We got about 2 so far. NH... Mom to Abby Liz 10/94 Anne 7/

It's amazing what we can really accomplish when we set out minds to it. Guest guest
No, I can't say I have Fibromyalgia. Isn't this pain that's hard to trace down and get an accurate diagnosis on?
Guest guest
Although I do have anxiety, I haven't been officially diagnosed with Fibro. but my doc told me that because of my medical history, I should have it. When I get over tired, my joints and muscles ache and I develop a fever. Is there a link between the 2 ? I know depression goes with Fibro, yup I'm depressed too..well not any more thanks to the Lex. sue C -- wednesday Hi everyone! Went to new therapist appt today. And I have alittle hope inside me now. she was great and I hope that she can help me on my path to discovery. My question to all of you is......drum roll please... How many of you on this group that have Anxiety/Panic also suffer with Fibromyalgia (SP). Thanks! Luann --------------------------------- Relax. virus scanning helps detect nasty viruses! Guest guest
I have anxiety and Fibro. The doc wants to put me on Lexapro but I am chemically sensitive and not sure if I want to take it. Also had reactions to other Antidepressants. Guest guest
I have my first epidural steroid injection tomorrow at approximately 1:40 PM. It is done through a long needle into my spinal column where the nerves are most irritated. Wayne is taking me, and Joanna will tag along to get after-care instructions from the doctor. I was told I would have to rest for 24 hours afterward but that I could go to work the next day (must be that I only get to rest for 18 hours???). I was told by a girl at work that I will be "loopy" afterward because of the anesthetic. So I'm not sure if I will make church and choir practice on Wednesday night or not. Please remember me tomorrow afternoon. I read about the procedure and am a little skittish about having needles into my spine especially with my lack of flexibility. I think they will have trouble getting the space opened up enough with the fusion above it. I also have a hard time laying flat with my face-down. Hopefully I won't have to hold that position too long! Thanks, Peggy PS The girls go home on Sunday so I will miss my 25th year high school reunion. will probably be done in NH on October 20th. Guest guest
Way to go on the exercise!!!!!!!! I got my hour in at the gym and felt great! The snow isn’t deep here but the cold is flat out cold. UGH! Sent: Wednesday, December 17, 2008 9:29 PM ABrite@... Subject: Wednesday Today it's out of the deep-freeze and into the DEEP SNOW for us here in Snowkane, WA! Seriously. Yesterday, we did not go to water aerobics because it was like (-10) outside and didn't want pneumonia and today it's like 16 degrees and we've gotten what feels like 10 inches of snow out there!! OIY!! Sadness: Christmas programs canceled tonight Tomorrow is supposed to be a water aerobics night also and I already told Bobbie I doubt I will go with all this snow. She agreed. So, the next two weeks we'll have to see what we can do with the holidays in there. I'm not concerned about exercise or any lack of because tonight I have shoveled (so far) for 2 hrs straight *and* I walked for 1.25 miles!! I needed to do something and didn't want to drive, so I rode the bus there and walked home. I didn't want to freeze waiting for a bus home. Anyway. Hope you are all having a great week - stay warm, dry and safe!! in WA 310/254/190 I've lost 67 inches from my body!
