Guest guest
I am a new member. I had a long fusion with Harrington rods/screws and hooks done in 1977 when I was 16 years old at Childrens Hospital in Boston. I am 46 now. While the years have brought a broken rod and occasional hip/leg pain or fatigue I believe I am in pretty good shape. I have osteopenia and take Fosomax. I have mitral valve prolapse but don't know if it is related to the scoliosis. Right now I am concerned about my neck bones I feel like they have moved forward and are affecting my throat. Has anyone had this feeling? Thank you, Diane M
