Hi Donna,

Thanks for the information about devil's claw. I have noticed little thingies

floating around in my urine before. I will have to try the devil's claw

sometime to see if it cleans the kidneys, especially since I've had bladder

infections in the past.

But, first I was wondering about asthma. I read that milk thistle can help that

too. I think I'm starting to get asthma, since I have tightness in the chest

and shortness of breath at times that makes me cough, although I haven't really

heard the wheezing (most get) when I breathe. I have two pet rabbits that shed

all the time and they eat hay, which is causing alot of dust in the house.

Anyway, for those of you that have experience with asthma, does this sound like

how it starts or could this just be a viral thing starting? I had bronchial

pneumonia as a kid and this seems alot like how it started, except now I get

these symptoms whenever I'm around the rabbits' fur, hay or dust in the house.

What are some good herbs or remedies for asthma and allergies? I remember about

the plant/digestive enzymes, but I can't take too many of those or I get acid

reflux (I read that this is a symptom of my mercury poisoning)

Claw is a great option. If you take a mason jar and pee in it and look at your

urine before doing a kidney cleanse or devil's claw you will likely see stuff

floating in it. If you then do about two weeks of Devil's claw 2-6 caps a day

and then check your urine again, it will be totally clear with nothing floating

in it. The floating stuff is dead cells and devils claw just really cleans up

the kidneys, almost as well as milk thistle does the liver.
