Guest guest
i tried the colema board amd it wasnt right for me for the following reasons: 1 the diameter of the tube that lets in water is too small to allow for enough water to get in. also there is not enough water pressure to get into the transverse colon or into the cecum. so myt experience was that it just made me sicker by stirring up toxins and facilitating release. i built my own colonic ' machine' hybrid based on the gravity method. i use the wider diameter speculums from Dotolo in Florida, a 5 gallon tank hooked up to my bathroom sink and a water filter, and i tie strap the release tube to the toilet. i have saved alot of money on colonic bills this way. wondering if anyone had the same experience with the colema board as me. Guest guest
Hi, I have a colema board. I purchased it from this site http://www.colema-boards.com/ I got just the basic board. It was $154.00 plus shipping if I remember correctly. I will many times use several 5 gallon buckets. The first one is coffee, full strength, then I will do garlic by adding garlic oil to the water. Then I do a plain water one. I am always open to better suggestions, but that is what I had been doing. I actually haven't needed to do them every night for a few weeks now, but that is what I do when I do them. Have a great day!~Karmakarma@...http://loaves-n-fishes.comhttp://loaves-n-fishes.com/downloads.htm colema board I am just getting ready to purchase a colema board and was wondering what you use? ex. water, coffee? Also someone earlier was wondering about the paracleanse. I just finished my "5"day break but only waited 3 days because I felt much better taking the cleanse. My 9 year old daughter asked to go back on it also. She said she felt better taking it than she did going off. After this 15 days my husband and I will be using the colema board and using just walnut, wormwood, and cloves (no pack). By the way, this sight has been very helpful and very informative!Subscription email: bowel cleanse-subscribeegroups

Guest guest
> Why not buy a colema board and use it in your home? > > Bruce > > I guess I never payed much attention, Could you lead me to how to do this or buy one or what do you do to put a colemea board together? > > > Thanks Sheree > Hi Shree, you could do a web search and look for a colema board online. http://tinyurl.com/3cu7j There are lots of places selling them. You can buy kits that have all the things needed included. I see many now use a system where the wastes are expelled into a tube that empties into the toilet bowl. That would be less messy than the way the old enema tips worked. If you are handy you could buy the tubing and stuff separately and try to make your own board to use. I looked online and found these web pages: How to make your own Colonic Board!!!!!!!!! http://www.curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=263 & i=851 Home Colonic Device http://hometown.aol.com/raddil/Article.html regards, Bruce
Guest guest
I got mine from www.amenhealth.com, the delux model. It is very easy to use, and has been a great help to me. I started with a few professional colonics, but after that, use the colema board before and after every liver flush. it made a very positive difference for me. g > > Why not buy a colema board and use it in your home? > > > > Bruce > > > > I guess I never payed much attention, Could you lead me to how to do this or buy one or what do you do to put a colemea board > together? > > > > > > Thanks Sheree > > > > Hi Shree, you could do a web search and look for a colema board online. > http://tinyurl.com/3cu7j > > There are lots of places selling them. > I looked online and found these web pages: > > How to make your own Colonic Board!!!!!!!!! > http://www.curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=263 & i=851 > > Home Colonic Device > http://hometown.aol.com/raddil/Article.html > > regards, Bruce
