Hi Kam, You got a full-out-loud chuckle outta me! Made my mind drift

a little and wonder... What ARE the stats on " 1 in how many " people

with scoliosis are serial killers? LOL!! (I think we are pretty safe!)

When I was saying that I would hit the road with my Mom, I was

seriously thinking " do I have to come to them? " 'cos I would love to

meet ONE person from this website... and would willingly make side

road trips to any of your homes. Especially if my random road trip

ended up being from Arizona to Maine, which is what my Mom wants to

do! By the way, my Mom is a scoli-folk also but never had surgery.

When are you heading up to Nor Cal? If you have the time, you could

swing by my place going up or going back. That is, if you're taking

Highway 99 thru Central CA. If you're taking Interstate 5, I guess

that won't work!! If you e-mail me privately, I'll give you my home

Hi Carol, Would love to meet you, but I am flying up there for this

trip. Going up to help my daughter buy a few necessities for her new

apartment. Poor kid doesn't even have a TV - and with a 2+ y/o son

plus she works from home, I think she REALLY needs one of those to

keep him entertained! She does most of her work before he wakes up in

the a.m. (to East coast clients) and then during his 2 hour nap. She

also needs a dining set (to keep him ANCHORED while he eats! LOL), so

that's why we'll be hittin' the thrift stores, tho' I saw Kmart ad has

Pub-style set for $199., which ain't too bad. I know I am rambling...

very eager to see them, as it's only 2 times a year, summer and Xmas.

Anywho, whenever I decide what other " adventures " I will be going on

this year, I will post that info... 'cos I know my memory will not

hold who's where and who's willing to meet up. Hugs, Marty
