Guest guest
I've been back to dairy, and made a trade off - I have been taking the psyllum and bentonite, double dose, just in the mornings, and today is day 4 of it, and this time I have the IGF which I take 3 times a day to keep my bowels moving and to keep up the good bowel flora. I had bought liquid acidophilus before and it didn't work much. Last night I saw a dead worm, prompting me to continue this Sonnes Maintenance Program, and my eyes are clearing again even with the dairy. The yellow color is back in them. I wasn't getting enough fat without the dairy and that is the reason I went back to it. My cravings for fat led me to unwise food choices - Kentucky Fried Chicken! I figure organic dairy products are better than that. I would really like to have a shorter work day and cook in the evenings, but it isn't possible right now. If I do the maintenance program, I figure I can handle the dairy and still see positive changes. By dairy I mean milk and cottage cheese every day. I haven't done any colemas. Maybe I will do one this weekend, but if I don't, that is ok. My appetite is too good, and I don't feel like fasting or going with the whole Sonnes 1 Week Cleanse. I'll keep myself on the Maintenance which involves taking the clay water every day and the supplements. Today I noticed the moons of my fingernails being more noticeable. I finally have a moon on my left hand pinky. There were none before on either hand on my pinky. The pinky finger corresponds to the colon. The white lines I had now consist of 3 barely noticeable fuzzy smudges on my right hand, and 2 defined ones on my left thumb. These little signs are exciting d:-) Every day at lunch I still go to a nearby park and sun myself. The sweat on my forehead is thick, and that is where my skin has been breaking out (compared to my jawline before) and I owe that to the years of hair products. Is it the sun bringing the toxins out? I would like to do a liver cleanse, but will wait until I've been on the essiac tea for awhile, and will let everyone know the effects of the tea. I need to target parasites in my liver which is why I want to try the tea.
