Guest guest
Cam and all, This site is a fantastic site...I have not been able to find another site like this on. Knowledge, knowledge and more knowledge. Sorry for not writing you all back earlier, I was either I heard back from my doctor yesterday, after I called him. Since this is my fourth spine surgery I was extremly pleased to hear from him since my May 9th visit. I had spoken to his assistant many time, and she kept me in the loop, but there is nothing like talking to the doctor. After speaking and seeing three doctors and 2 conferences and my doctor getting feed back from his colleagues from across the country, they all agree. I need a fusion realignment. Since December I have been losing my legs, and the strength has deceased in a major way. They said my spine is as straight as it was back in 1985, just that the old rods from 65 are the issue. So, we are talking this afternoon about this surgery and laying out the plans. Last time I was out for 3 months, so I hope have the same time period this time or close to it. Gin and tonics for all! Guest guest
, We will all be looking forward to hearing how your appt went today. I am glad you are learning from the group...that is the idea! I know you have complete confidence in your surgeon and his plan for you. Please know that 3 months out of work is a great goal to hope for...but many of us have been out a good deal longer. Of course that assumes that you will have the same procedure we had...and not more! Let us know what you find out. Take Care, Cam
Guest guest
Sounds Great..............you have found the protocol that works for you so keep it up until the "things" are only a memory......I'm so very happy for you !!!!!!!!!! Rita Moving Forward Hello all,I am an infrequent poster here. I am making a lot of forward progress on my 9 month plus bird mite infestation with my protocol. For my house, I do weekly sprayings of Cyonara and Gentrol, plus I have spread Roach Pruf. I borrowed Rita's idea of using a fan for spreading Roach Pruf in my attic space. Since I don't have a vent fan I dumped the stuff through a small box fan. Works great! I also use the Cyonara and Gentrol in my cars. I ordered Cyonara after having great luck with Hot Shot and and roach in my cars. Nothing else had worked. Cyonara has the same ingredient as the Hot Shot. After much trial and error I am using rotenone powder mixed w/ a couple of spoons of sulfur on my cats and dogs every few days. The cats are on Revolution (which didn't work well by itself), and the dogs are on Sentinel. The dogs get washed in Hartz flea and tick with oatmeal weekly. I do not use iver on the animals as I have two possibly sensitive dogs and one cat that is definitely sensitive. I also have one (big) dog that is 16. I have a total of four large dogs and two cats. I have tried just about every product out there on the animals. My family uses Grandpas pine soap. They don't get bit often, so it works for them. I am the birdy mite buffet. I use the pine soap, as well as epsom, borax and tea tree soaks. I also take iver weekly. I take neem capsules daily. I love Eurax lotion (not cream), but it has recently gone up to $47 with my insurance ($167 without), for a 450 gm bottle. Sad, since it is 4 GBP for 100gms over the counter in England. But the shipping kills you. So now I hit the stray bug on me with a dab of Windex. (It's not that toxic- check out the MSDS). I also occasionally use a VERY small amount of Freedom 45 dog permethrin on the stubborn ones in my hair (it is toxic). It gets through the thickened skin/scabs nicely and knocks them out. I have also used Queen Helene Mint Julep Mud Mask to sleep in during the height of my infestation. It is wonderful, but you look like the green woman from Star Trek. It has some sulfur and mint in it. It kills the ones on your skin and doesn't stain like sulfur alone. Smells nice, too. You can find it at Walgreens. I got mine on sale for $2.30 a tube. My laundry is washed in borax and bleach (whites) or borax and ammonia (colors). I have a feature on my washer that will shut it off before rinsing, so I have each load soak for a couple of hours after it is agitated. My dirty laundry is in garbage cans with mothballs. The outsides of the cans have been sprayed w/ Cyonara. My laundry room is heavily sprayed. Beds are all encased in plastic with mothballs sealed inside. I know my protocols are pretty toxic and heavy duty for some of you. Please don't blast me for that. I have spent so many months trying to treat this as scabies, and I need to be finished. I have been doing this protocol for about a month and have seen much improvement. I can sleep without soaking nightly now. My skin looks great and there are no bugs in my bed! Best wishes,-
Guest guest
So glad you are making progress . That is pretty heavy duty. Are you doing the spraying yourself or having it done by someone with the respirators, etc? Thanks for keeping us posted. I'm inspired by Marie's healing with MMS. I tried it before but am going to give it another shot. I love that she can go outside now and not be bothered. After 5 years she turned her situation around in 5 months of detoxing. All the Best to you! Rose > > Hello all, > I am an infrequent poster here.
