Thanks for telling us about the lemon water. I'd never heard that but I'll

start doing it.

Personally, I always liked the Sir Winters Intestinal Cleanser

(Original Formula) best. It's 8 oz. for about $19.00 and it works best for

me of all the fiber formulas that I've tried. It's definitely better for me

than just psyllium. I had been doing psyllium (and had done other products)

before I used SJWIC the first time and, wow, I passed some gross stuff the

first time. Like moss, mucus stuff, it was gross.

Also a boa constrictor of a stool. Amazing considering that I'd already been

doing bowel cleansing.

But I'll use lemon water after doing the SJWIC and see if that helps. Just

the juice of a fresh lemon in hot water or what?

Hi ,

I am wondering what is the difference between Winters Intestinal

Cleanser and Psyllium? I cannot use psyllium now, since taking thyroid med,

psyllium gives me terrible intestinal cramping. But I would like a good 'stool

mover' and would like to find out more about Winters cleanse. Is there a

web site? If so, please give a link.

Thanks in advance.

God bless,

Hazelpone
