Subject: Re: Maple syrup and baking soda

Hello all - Thanks to you for your help...thank you! I was a total basket

case yesterday for most of the day. I poured out my heart to a friend in the

morning, and we prayed together...this was a great help. I proceeded to

drink LOTS of water, and went about my day with brain-fog and severe

headache, but the anxiety and panic did ease up. Prayer works!

I realize today that I definitely over-did the maple syrup mixture, and so I

am cutting that out for the time being. But I will say that my urine pH rose

to a healthy 7 yesterday, and stayed there...that was good news! I aim to

keep it there by juicing for at least one meal per day. I am using beets,

beet greens, carrots, celery, cucumber and 1/2 apple - also add bitter vegs

sometimes, like kale or dandelion greens. During the grapefruit cleanse, I

had no hunger for about 10 days, and the veg juice was the only thing that

appealed to me. The upside? I have lost about 15 pounds...YAY! But that was

not my motivation...

And BTW, caroline, if you try the grapefruit flush, I forgot to add that I

also added 1/4 tsp of cayenne to the mix. And do not eat for 2 hours

afterwards (although like me, you may not even feel hungry). And also, blend

it in the blender if you have one, so as to really homogenize the oil and

juice. It tastes good and goes down easy.

I am intrigued by the emotional aspect of this terrible anxiety and panic.

It is the WORST feeling! I did have some considerable trauma in my past as a

pre-verbal child, and have been trying all my life to deal with that. I

sometimes think of that little child that was me, and these terrible feeling

may have been born at that time. Something to think about.

Thanks for advice re: EFT. I have been drawn to that recently, so it was

sort of a confirmation that I need to look at it more closely and really try

it consistently when I have these troubles...

I am going to research Louise Hay and - thanks for the

references...

And thank you all so MUCH! I feel on a more even keel today, and so grateful

for this group of friends who only want to help. God bless all of you, and I

agree with all of you in prayer right now that each of you will experience

higher healing and great success with overcoming this terrible condition...I

believe that spirit is always dominant over the material...keep the faith!

Love, Jo

Anxiety, just check your pulse, it might be more.

Find the reasons for tachycardia/racing heart, allergy/intolerance etc.,

definitely EFT may help.

There some acupressure tips here:

Website may be active still.

Yes, it does feed the candida. And while it's feeding the candida, it's

delivering the baking soda bomb. That's the whole point. It's specifically

targeting the fungus and killing it. The baking soda either weakens or kills

the fungus.

I have to rave about this treatment. Absolutely RAVE. I went from walking with

a cane to RUNNING behind ponies! RUNNING! I rode in my husband's pickup (1 ton

Chev crew cab) for the first time yesterday and I didn't have to lay down to

keep my neck from hurting from the stiff bouncing. I'm dashing from the house

to the shop over rough ground without even looking at where I'm putting my feet!

This is SO awesome!

I am living in a constant state of euphoria. As time passes my energy level is

increasing, things that were damaged years ago are finally healing, I'm getting

my life back.

I really do think you could do this too aggressively. I had a period where I

had a huge and uncomfortable rash on my left ribcage under my breast that was, I

think, the direct result of cleansing too quickly. Anti-fungal cream finally

backed it off when nothing else would. The anti-fungal cream may have done

nothing, it may have just been time for the rash to leave. <shrug> Not a clue.

If anyone is going to go the maple syrup/baking soda route, and you're making it

like I am, I think it would be better to start by taking one dose before bed for

a while before adding a second dose first thing in the morning. Then do that

for a while before adding a lunch time dose. Do that a while before adding one

before dinner. If you get uncomfortable (rashes over lymph glands, blisters on

your feet, etc.) back off a bit but keep taking it.

I got my most dramatic cleansing taking 5 a day, spread out through the day as

evenly as possible, while eating a strict candida diet. I would not advise

starting out at 5 a day.

According to what I've been reading, maple syrup does feed the fungus but the

mix of maple syrup and baking soda is deliberate. Mixing the two allows the

maple syrup to take the baking soda with it into the fungus. It's the baking

soda that kills the fungus. Think Trojan Horse. Baking soda by itself will

kill fungus but alone, the fungus won't eat it. Baking soda kills it by

changing the ph of the environment and is slower acting and much less precise.

Maple syrup gets the baking soda directly into the fungus which kills it

quicker.

Is the retracing related to emotional stuff? With my childhood I don't know
