You can also get the jel capsules at your health food store and use them.

Fill them up with the activated charcoal and then just swallow.....better that

way then to taste the activated charcoal. Some mix it in with apple sauce as

well, easy for kids that way.

It's great stuff and people should really do some reading up on it. With all

the toxins we are being bombarded with, you need something that will adsorb

and then your system will get rid of it.

What did the Yogi say when he walked into the Zen Pizza Parlor?

" Make me one with everything. "

When the Yogi got the pizza, he gave the proprietor a $20 bill. The

proprietor pocketed the bill. The Yogi said " Don't I get change? "

The proprietor said, " Change must come from within. "

This is a post from another alternative medicine forum. Thought I'd

send it along to everyone here as an FYI. Enjoy!

I'm Tom Harrelson, I'm 61 yrs. young and I've

been a Natural/Alternative Healing Facilitator for the

past 15 years, and I've been working with

terminally ill people for the past 8 years.

I've been reading the ozonetherapy emails for

the past 2 months and haven't posted an email, until

now. I've been reading about the Detox Reactions

(rashes, etc.) that people have been having from

doing the ozone saunas and I'd like to highly

recommmend using Activated Charcoal Powder by drinking

it in the form of a slurry.

Whenever I've worked with terminally ill people, who

were doing Rife Frequency Therapy, Herbal Intensive

Therapy & /or Ozol (ozone + tea tree oil) Inhalation

Therapy, they would almost always have severe rashes.

The skin is the largest organ of your body and

has been called the 3rd kidney. Anyhow, I'd have these

people drink 10-12 glasses of charcoal slurry per day and

these severe rashes would completely disappear and they

would usually feel much better.

If someone wasn't terminally ill, but was dealing with

detox reactions, I'd have them drink at least 6-8 glasses

of charcoal slurry per day.

The reading that Tom Harrell gave was from a book by Dr Agatha and Calvin

Thrash.

I know Agatha personally. She has visited our church on several occasions

and given a talks on health " naturally " . Some were instances that happened

at their

clinic dealing with the use of charcoal when nothing else could

touch the malady. She fasts one day a week using water and charcoal.

Funny thing because I just got some charcoal caps at Safeway (other

ingredient being gelatin) for about $10. They had a big bottle of the

powder for $30+. Can't imagine drinking the slurry. The idea I think is to

absorb " endotoxin " . Charcoal is an " enterosorbent " I believe. Another

enterosorbent is chitosan and then there's bentonite which does a number on

minerals. J.

Donna,

Thanks for this post. One of the doctors I interviewed for my sauna book says he

uses activated charcoal compresses for his clients. The recipe is simple: take

equal parts of AC and ground up flax seeds, and add water to make a paste. (Flax

is used because it holds water.) Cover with plastic.

I was told that this works very well in drawing out toxins through the skin.

Best,

Nenah

Hi Nenah. I wonder about Miracle two soap. I have used it when my skin was

just going crazy itching from yard work and it stops it immediately. I would

love it if someone who is in the ozone rash state would try some applied

directly. I use the moisturizing miracle 2 soap directly. I suspect that it

would stop the ozone rash but I don't have the opportunity to do ozone right

now. Anyone out there willing to be a guinea pig?

On another list I read an old post about taking vitamin C to diarrhea level

thereby flushing out the gram-negative bacteria, etc. and then taking

probiotics, etc. to establish better flora. Sounds a bit extreme and seems

like you'd need the proper mucosal environment for the new flora which might

not be the case after having diarrhea! I wonder what would be the

difference effect-wise between a charcoal/flax pack and a castor oil pack?
