Debi, A great way to hide it from children assuming they are not on a candida diet is to blend the coconut oil up with kefir or yogurt along w/ a banana and/or berries with honey ( if you do a banana only..then add 1 tsp of vanilla). You can also had raw egg yolks for added nutrition. I would melt the coconut oil first and then add it to all of the already blended ingredients and drizzle the coconut oil in slowly so that it emulsifies. Other parents, add cod liver oil, probiotics and vitamin c powder among other things to this drink for their children. It's a great healthy treat for kids.
